The question almost all buyers and sellers have "is it the right time?" We are fortunate in the San Gabriel Valley to be in a strong, settled, consistent market. If you are buying, just for investments, the sources would say you will need to hold on to a property longer. Be sure you have all positive aspects going for you; the foremost being location, then condition and then price. Buyers are more particular, they don´t want to over-pay and are very educated, versus desperate to buy and emotional about doing so. We still have multiple offers on the right property. The market is still strong, there are buyers, sellers and deals coming together everyday. The only notable difference is that it will take longer this year to be in escrow then it did in the previous two years. Owning a piece of the American Dream is still the best investment you can make, so buy, move up or improve you investment with a property purchase. Just remember, pick the right agent to work with.
